Description
Meet the 2026 CFMOTO 800NK in —a naked/standard machine that looks ready to pounce even while it’s standing on its kickstand. (And if you’re the type who likes to match the bike to the mood, this model is also offered in Nebula Black and Aerolite Grey.)
Twist the key, tap the electric start, and the 799cc liquid-cooled parallel twin snaps to attention with that unmistakable DOHC, 8-valve urgency. It’s a 4-stroke built to play in the fun zone: 100 bhp at 9,000 rpm and 59.7 ft-lbs of torque at 8,000 rpm. Translation? It loves a lively right wrist and rewards you with a strong, smooth pull that keeps building as the revs climb. Fueling comes via Bosch fuel injection, and it’s happy on regular gas, so the “let’s ride” moments don’t require premium-level planning.
The 6-speed manual gearbox and chain drive keep things direct and engaging—exactly what you want from a street-focused naked. And when the road gets interesting, the chassis is ready: a steel frame, KYB inverted fork up front with adjustable preload and rebound, plus a KYB rear setup on a twin-sided swing arm with adjustable preload and rebound. Add a steering damper, and the bike stays composed when the pace picks up.
Grip and stopping power feel equally confidence-inspiring. It rolls on 17-inch aluminum wheels with tubeless Maxxis® SuperMaxx ST rubber (120/70 front, 180/55 rear), and braking is handled by J.Juan hardware: dual 320 mm front hydraulic discs with 4-piston calipers, and a 260 mm rear disc with a 2-piston caliper.
Day-to-day comfort and usability are built in, too. A two-piece vinyl seat keeps rider and passenger happy, with an approachable 31.5-inch seat height. LED lighting, gauge-based temperature and fuel warnings, plus Bluetooth® audio and mobile app instrumentation round out a modern ride that’s as fun to live with as it is to lean into the next corner—all in that head-turning finish.
